Who can use Boxly

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission. You sign in with Discord or Google and are responsible for what happens on your account.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you put on your box: your text, pictures, song files and lists. You give Boxly permission to store and show it so your box works, including in share images and on other people’s Explore and match lists. Delete it and we stop showing it.

Only upload things you made or have permission to share. Music in particular: uploading a song you don’t have rights to can get it removed and, if it keeps happening, your account closed. See Copyright.

Not allowed

• Harassment, threats, hate, or encouraging self-harm, including through anonymous asks
• Sharing someone’s private information, or sexual content involving minors (reported to authorities)
• Pretending to be another person or brand, or selling or trading handles
• Spam, scams, malware, or links that try to steal accounts
• Faking views, likes or follows, or getting around blocks and rate limits

We can remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. Safety explains reporting and blocking.

Plus and purchases

Boxly Plus, shop badges and boosts are one-time purchases; nothing renews. Purchases are sold and billed by Tebex (tebex.io), our merchant of record, who also handles payment, tax and receipts; Tebex’s checkout terms apply to the payment.

The verified mark can’t be bought. It’s given when we confirm who someone is.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Boxly is provided as is: we work hard to keep it running, but can’t promise it will always be up.
